As the newest member of the growing SRG/ILS family Travis Cormier will join superstar songwriters and performers like Brian McKnight, Shawn Stockman (Boyz II Men), Raheem DeVaughn, Gino Vannelli, and Take 6.

Travis Opens For Bon Jovi in Montreal

About Travis Cormier
Travis Cormier began playing the guitar and writing songs at an early age. At seventeen he left his small home town in eastern Canada for Los Angeles to study at the Musicians Institute. While in school Travis continued to write and perform including gigs at two of the most famous and notorious venues in the city; The Whisky A Go-Go and The Roxy.

In 2016 Travis moved from Los Angeles back to Canada to compete in the fourth season of La Voix (The Voice). He blew everyone away with his version of Aerosmith’s “Dream On” causing the four coaches to instantly turn around their chairs. During his time on the show Travis was able to showcase his talent by covering iconic songs such as “Bed of Roses” by Bon Jovi and “Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door” by Bob Dylan.

After finishing third in the highly competitive season, Travis started touring heavily throughout Canada. Travis got a call of a lifetime when he was asked to open for Bon Jovi. “It was a dream come true! How many people can say they lived one of their biggest dreams as a kid?”. A few months later another dream was achieved when he was invited on stage by Steven Tyler’s Aerosmith to sing “I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing”. Travis later spent some time with Bryan Adams. “Bryan said he was a fan and enjoyed my album… I had no words. He gave me some guidance and told me the most important thing in this business is to focus on my shows and always giving the audience my very best”.

With a strong foundation and an incredible team around him, Travis Cormier is ready to make the next leap with his debut album produced by Bob Rock, Dollars & Hearts.
